What this policy covers

SLOX operates ARH7. arh7.kr is a static introduction site: it does not send questions to AI or create accounts. It remembers only your language in browser storage (arh7-language). This site has no advertising or analytics SDKs or advertising identifiers. Our hosting provider may temporarily process access and error logs.

We are preparing the first integrated ARH7 app release without ads. This is separate from the advertising notices for the standalone Ask7 and Room7 apps. The linked services’ original policies provide further details.

Information used by each service

• Ask7: questions, AI results, summaries of previous questions for follow-ups, question language, device locale and real-user votes. An optional anonymous profile (gender, age group, occupation and broad area type) is stored on your device and sent with questions and votes. You can leave it blank; the teen age group also enables stricter safety checks.
• Room7: questions, audience comments, debate rounds and results, safety checks and reports. Ranked play uses your SLOX member ID and nickname, three submitted lines, processing results, progress, timing and scores. Email verifies login; signup details go to SLOX authentication, and the Room7 server never receives or stores passwords. A relationship-game role describes that game, not your gender.
• Heart7: nicknames, relationship, seven selected answers, AI results, creation time and hashes of random participation keys. It does not collect an account, real name, phone number, email, photo or location. Do not use contact details or real names as nicknames.
• We use this information to provide results, sharing, anonymous statistics, error checks and abuse prevention. Service databases store irreversible salted IP hashes rather than original IP addresses; Ask7 may also process approximate country/region and Room7 a country code. Heart7 does not store original participation keys on its server.

AI processing and service providers

OpenAI (United States) handles AI generation and safety checks. Ask7 sends questions and context; Room7 sends questions, comments, previous rounds and generational consensus; Heart7 sends nicknames, relationship, selected answers and assessment text. Room7 and Heart7 may send an IP hash as a safety identifier, never the original IP address.

Supabase provides databases and Vercel provides web and API hosting. Necessary information is transmitted over the network when you use AI features. Where consent is requested, you can accept or cancel after reading the disclosure; declining prevents that AI feature from running. Reading this policy is not itself consent to a transfer.

OpenAI API training is off by default; abuse logs are generally kept up to 30 days, with exceptions.

Microphone and device storage

Voice input is optional. When you tap the microphone, your operating system or browser asks for permission. Apple, Google, Microsoft or your device’s default speech service converts speech to text, on the device or its servers. Our service servers do not record, store or receive audio files; they process only converted text as questions or comments. You can always type without microphone permission.

Depending on the feature, your device stores language and optional profile settings, Room7 login sessions, transfer-consent choices and hidden nicknames, or Heart7 participation keys and your connection list. Heart7 web participation cookies (h7k_) last 90 days; its language cookie (heart7_lang) lasts up to one year. Clearing browser data or uninstalling an app removes local data, but does not delete server records.

Who can see shared information?

Anyone with an Ask7 result link (ask7.kr/r/…) or Room7 result link can see the question and AI results. Entering exactly the same Ask7 question may reopen the same stored result.

Room7 leaderboards and the Hall of Fame show nicknames, scores, persuasion results and the relevant board. Only you can view the lines you submitted in ranked play.

Anyone with a Heart7 connection link (heart7.kr/p/…) can see both people’s nicknames, answers and results. The creator’s answers are hidden from the other person until they respond, and connection pages are not indexed by search engines. A link is not an authenticated private space for just two people: consider its visibility before forwarding it.

How long information is kept

• Ask7 questions, results and related data: for as long as the service operates; deleted without delay on request.
• Room7 debate results: until a deletion request or service closure. Safety reports, user reports and daily usage records: deleted within one year of collection.
• Room7 ranked play: debate-progress transcripts are deleted after seven days; run records (submitted lines, processing results, scores and IP hashes) within 90 days. Daily best scores and Hall of Fame entries remain until you delete them or the service closes.
• Heart7 nicknames, relationship, answers, results, creation time, IP hashes and participation-key hashes become eligible for automatic deletion 90 days after creation. Daily cleanup can take up to one additional day. Earlier deletion by a participant removes both people’s related information together.

Your rights and minimum age

You must be at least 14 to use the services. We delete related information if we learn it belongs to a child under 14. Contact namurobori@gmail.com to request access, correction, deletion or suspension of processing. Include your question, result or connection link so we can verify and process the request.

Room7 ranked records can be deleted in My records. Deleting a SLOX account permanently removes the shared slox.co.kr account, profile and ranked records. Heart7 participants can delete both people’s answers and results from their connection screen. See our deletion guide for the exact routes.
